How does the QR code work?
The QR code is printed on a small card that slots into the totem. Customers scan it with their phone camera — no app to download, no link to type. They land directly on your Google review page where they can leave a rating in under 30 seconds. We provide two cards (front and back) so you can change the placement or have a backup.
Can I change the QR code link later?
Yes — that’s the beauty of the removable card design. Update your Google review link, add a second location, or switch platforms entirely. Just print a new card and slot it in. The totem itself never needs replacing.
What material is the totem made of?
Premium PLA — a durable, eco-friendly 3D printing material. It’s designed to withstand daily handling in busy commercial environments like restaurant tables, salon stations, and hotel reception desks. Not fragile. Not disposable. Built to last.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
EU express shipping takes 3–7 business days from the date your totem finishes production. Every order is tracked and insured. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the entire EU and UK with express, tracked delivery. Manufacturing and fulfilment are handled by 3dreamfactory, our premium EU-based printing partner.
Pricing & Business Impact
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. The Review Totem costs €89 — once. That’s it. Everything is included: 3D-printed totem, business name engraving, QR code cards, custom flag text, and express EU shipping. No subscriptions. No platform fees. No surprise charges. Ever.
How many totems should I order?
It depends on your space. Restaurants typically order one per table (5–15 totems). Salons order one per mirror station (3–8 totems). Hotels place one at reception plus one per high-traffic area (3–5 totems). Gyms usually start with 1–2 at the check-in counter. You can always order more — each totem is individually configured with its own QR card.

Does the totem work with any QR code, or only Google reviews?
Any QR code destination works — Google reviews, TripAdvisor, Yelp, your own feedback form, a special offer page, your WhatsApp Business number. The QR card is printed with whatever link you provide. Most customers use their Google review page because that’s where the impact is highest, but the totem is destination-agnostic.
Can I order different colours for different locations?
Yes. Every totem is configured individually in our 3D configurator. You can match each totem’s colours to the specific location, brand palette, or even seasonal themes. There’s no extra charge for customisation — it’s all part of the €89.
Does the totem work for restaurants with outdoor seating?
Absolutely. The premium PLA material is UV-resistant and handles temperature fluctuations well. For permanent outdoor placement, we recommend keeping the QR card under the totem’s canopy or in a semi-sheltered spot. The totem itself is weather-tolerant — thousands of our totems live on outdoor restaurant tables across Europe.
